Non-Surgical Solutions for Small Breasts

non surgical solution for small breasts

A woman’s breasts begin growing at about the age of ten and they continue to grow throughout puberty. How large a woman’s breasts will be is dependent on a few factors, with heredity being the biggest factor. A woman really has no control over how large or how small her breasts will be. Women who have small breasts can become very self-conscience and it can cause them to have a low self-esteem. Most women believe that men only like women who have larger breasts and this is the main cause for them to feel bad about their smaller breasts size.

In fact most men may not want to admit it but they are generally more attracted to women who have larger breasts. So what is a woman to do if she has small breasts and does not want to have surgery done?

There are several remedies available for small breasted women to try including several creams, serum and pills that are sold in stores and online. These products promise to help women with small breasts increase by at least a cup size by working with the body to enhance the area of the breast. Some of these products work to increase the estrogen level in a woman or work to strengthen the milk ducts and stimulate and expand the fatty tissues of the breasts. Most of these products contain different types of hormones and steroids that some woman do not like to use, so trying one of the natural herbal pills or lotions would be a better choice for them.

Women with small breasts can also change how they dress to give the illusion that their breasts are larger. The most important thing is to buy the right type of bra, one that fits properly and the straps should be tightened to pull the breasts up making them look larger. There are also many different bras on the market that are designed to make your breast look larger like push-up or padded bras and ones that are filled with water, gel or air. Women can also wear tight fitting materials that cling to their bodies and shirts that are gathered at the waist. A combination of these styles will help make a woman’s breast seem larger.

The size of a woman’s breast will also be affected if they become pregnant. As the breasts fill with milk to provide nutrition for the baby, the breasts will become larger and fuller. Many women who start taking the contraception pill also will see a slight increase in the size of their breasts. This increase is only seen by some women but may be an alternative to birth control that will work to also increase your breasts size.

I am 59 and have always had tiny breasts..I am very depressed about their size, can’t wear low cut tops or any nice bras..they really are tiny..I get very upset when I see females with anything bigger than me….I have tried creams, pills, massaging…but nothing works..I don’t want surgery…is there anything I can do?
