There are a number of hard facts and truths that we all have to learn and live with. The main two facts are that we are living much less healthy than we should. When you buy Omega 3 supplements, you do have to make sure that it is a natural product and that it was ethically sourced. There should be a number of telltale signs on the packaging, as this is something that will be advertised.
