Because prevention is always better than treatment, today I share with you a few natural and healthy juice recipes along with their benefits. Include them regularly in your diet and your health will significantly improve. For optimal nutrient assimilation it’s recommended to drink these juices early in the morning on an empty stomach. It’s also important to drink them fresh right after you prepared them, so that their original properties are not altered by oxidation.
You should wake up, drink a glass or two of still water to hydrate your body after the night’s sleep and start preparing the desired juice. Start drinking your natural juice as soon as it’s ready. After you finish your health potion wait for at least 30 minutes until you have your breakfast. Depending on what juice you drunk, your age and your daily activity level you could skip breakfast. However we don’t recommend this. Have something light if you feel full.
